Market in Moradabad

Moradabad is a very booming place in Uttar Pradesh. This is a very important commercial town in the whole India. It is also the largest copper producing town not just in India but also in all of Asia. It belongs to the top five copper stuff export centers of the world. Moradabad got its name from Prince Murad Bux. This prince is the youngest son of Shah Jahan who was the emperor who commissioned the Taj. It was Murad Bux who brought back the christening of the place during the mid 17th century. Before hand, it was called the Rustom Nagar, but after rechristening it was called Moradabad. This prince was deceived and killed and was succeeded by Prince Aurangzeb. Since then, this city has been an established town and its economy has grown well.
